On the occasion of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, an informational and awareness-raising event was held at КП «МКПВ» ХМР, dedicated to fostering a healthy psychosocial working environment.
This topic has been defined as the slogan of the International Labour Organization for 2026 and is particularly relevant today for Kharkiv, which operates under constant challenges and hostile shelling. In such conditions, maintaining employees’ psychological resilience and supporting one another within the team becomes especially important.

During the meeting, participants discussed how to preserve professional capacity, avoid emotional burnout, and build a healthy team atmosphere. Particular attention was given to the importance of mutual support, effective communication, and simple daily practices that help reduce stress at work.

The event provided an opportunity for an open discussion about psychological well-being in the workplace and helped identify approaches that support balance and effective teamwork.
