Municipal Enterprise “Municipal Waste Management Company” of the Kharkiv City Council (hereinafter referred to as MWMC) offers a solid waste (hereinafter referred to as SW) acceptance service to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
How it works:
- submit an application (by phone or using the online form below);
- sign a contract.
Inspection Stages:
Weighing the vehicle on the entrance scale
Passing the disinfection barrier
Unloading at the designated location
Control weighing on the exit scale

The tariff was established by Decision No. 91 of the Executive Committee of the Kharkiv City Council
