The staff of the Municipal Enterprise “MKPV” of the Kharkiv City Council took part in special civil protection training sessions, during which they practiced actions in the event of missile and bomb attacks and the elimination of possible consequences of emergency situations.

Utility workers learned to act quickly and in a coordinated manner under dangerous conditions: they carried out the evacuation of people, documentation, and material assets to safe locations, checked the operation of the enterprise’s life-support systems, and mastered response procedures for potential threats.

Special attention was paid to providing first pre-medical aid. Employees practiced assessing the condition of injured persons, stopping bleeding, immobilizing fractures, and performing other urgent actions that can save lives before medical personnel arrive. In addition, specialists tested primary firefighting equipment and reviewed procedures in the event of a fire outbreak.

Such activities help improve the team’s readiness to work under wartime threats, strengthen practical skills, and ensure the stable operation of the enterprise even under difficult circumstances.
