Ivanna Nazarenko, Chair of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Municipal Enterprise "MKPV" of the Kharkiv City Council, participated in the meeting of the 7th Plenum of the Kharkiv Regional Organization of the Trade Union of Housing and Public Utilities, Local Industry, and Public Services Workers of Ukraine.

The main item on the agenda was a discussion of the new challenges and responsibilities facing trade union organizations in ensuring the labor rights and social guarantees of union members under martial law.

During the meeting, Ivanna Nazarenko informed the Plenum participants about the activities of the trade union organization at the Municipal Enterprise "MKPV," the implementation of social initiatives at the enterprise, measures to support employees and their families, and the assistance provided to union members in response to the challenges caused by the Russian Federation’s armed aggression against Ukraine.

The Plenum participants exchanged practical experience, discussed current issues related to the social protection of employees, and identified the priority areas for the further work of trade union organizations.
