Head of the Project Development Management Department of ME "MCWM" KCC Ivanna Nazarenko participated in the study tour "Perspectives of Urban Mining: Developing the Potential of 50 Communities from Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kharkiv Regions" to Germany, organized by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

During the visit, participants familiarized themselves with German experience in managing construction and demolition waste, technologies for recycling secondary materials, and the regulatory framework governing these processes.

Special attention was paid to practical examples of implementing circular economy principles at waste processing enterprises.

The acquired knowledge and contacts will contribute to strengthening the capacity of the Kharkiv community in the field of modern waste management.
